How We Protect Your Data

Immediate File Removal
Every file you upload is wiped from our servers the moment your conversion finishes. Output files are purged within one hour. There is no archive, no backup, no trace — once a file is deleted, it cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
End-to-End Encrypted Transfers
All communication between your browser and our servers is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption — the same standard used by banks and healthcare systems. HSTS is enforced on every request, preventing downgrade attacks and ensuring your data never travels over an unencrypted connection.
Sandboxed Processing
Each file conversion runs inside its own isolated environment, completely separated from every other operation on our platform. One user's files never touch another user's workspace. When the job completes, the sandbox is destroyed along with all temporary data.
Zero Registration Required
We will never ask you to create an account, enter an email address, or hand over a credit card. You can convert files completely anonymously — no personal information is collected, stored, or linked to your conversions in any way.
No Persistent Storage
Unlike services that keep your files on disk, our processing pipeline operates primarily in memory. Files stream through the conversion engine and are never written to long-term storage. Our servers have no file browsing capability — there is simply nothing to browse.
Proven Open-Source Tools
We rely on established, audited open-source conversion engines rather than proprietary black-box software. Every tool in our pipeline has a public codebase reviewed by thousands of developers worldwide, so you can be confident there are no hidden backdoors or data-harvesting routines.
Exclusive File Access
Only the device that initiated the upload can download the resulting file. Conversion results are bound to your session — no public links are generated, and no third party can access your output. Even our own staff have no mechanism to view, open, or retrieve your files.

The Lifecycle of Your File
From the moment you upload to the instant you download, here is exactly what happens — and what doesn't.
You Upload
Your file is transferred over a TLS 1.3 encrypted connection directly to our processing server. It is never stored on a CDN, edge node, or third-party cache.
We Convert
The file enters an isolated sandbox where the conversion engine processes it. No other user or process can interact with your data during this stage.
You Download
The converted file is made available exclusively to your session. Only the browser that uploaded the original can retrieve the result.
We Delete
Immediately after conversion, source files are permanently erased. Output files follow within one hour. No copies, no backups, no exceptions.
Common Security Questions
Can your staff see my files?
No. Our infrastructure has no file browser or admin panel for user files. Uploaded content exists only in an ephemeral processing sandbox that is destroyed after conversion. There is no technical mechanism for anyone — including our team — to view your data.
How long do you keep converted files?
Source files are deleted immediately after conversion completes. Output files remain available for download for up to one hour, then they are permanently purged. We do not maintain any file archives or backup copies.
Is my data shared with third parties?
Absolutely not. Your files are never sent to external APIs, partner services, or analytics platforms. The entire conversion process runs on our own servers. We do not sell, lease, or disclose any user data to anyone.
Do you use my files to train AI models?
No. Your files are used exclusively for the conversion you requested and nothing else. They are not analyzed, indexed, or used for any form of machine learning or data mining.
What happens if there is a server breach?
Because we do not store files beyond the brief conversion window, a server breach would expose no user content. There are simply no files on disk to compromise. Combined with encrypted transfers and session-bound access, the attack surface is minimal by design.
